Viewing trained character modifiers

Much like a spec sheet with (+20%, etc) behind each attribute. A variation that shows all modiefiers on the current piloted construct would be nice as well.

Same would be nice for elements in the inventory (showing the modifiers they would get when you placed it) and for placed elements (showing their current modifiers and from which player they come).
