Toggle to disable smoking effect from damaged parts (Client Side)

Whether for performance reasons, or for those players with visual impairments or problems, allow the player to turn off the smoking effects in the options.

As an option: okay. But i admit, it is a real soulfood for me to see the smoke (plenty if possible9 on failed ships of other players, ha ha ha!

Smoke now is exceptionally annoying, just a massive blinding cloud centered on the element. One thing SE had right, ya dont go blind because something on your ship is damaged, but ya can still see a trail.
