Child/Parent blueprint system

Enables the customization of some IP protected item, like a ship. You have the base(parent) blueprint, you place the ship and then you make your own customizations. As you have no rights on the original blueprint you could only create a child blueprint. The child blueprint would require all the final items used in it and in addition the original blueprint as an ingredient to be placed.

As a real world example you could take something like an AMG Tuning for a Mercedes.

This way the main creator of that ship would still get his fair share as his blueprint still needs to be purchased.
