Add 'Duties' in RDMS, to charge people who use your stuff
Would allow to charge for allowing a third-party to use a given right on an asset. Charges could be:
1. per use
2. per month (like a subscription)
3. for a time (the equivalent of renting)
This is what the D in rDms stands for (Rights and Duties Management System).

SylvaI thought it had to do with org duties (officers/staff, etc.). Would love to have additional assignable RDMS rights (like for certain org owned constructs to people who are not legates - ie. my officers who are not senior officers.

DubbleWould no doubt make sense for the game, increases potential jobs available. With this, you could make hotels that charge automatically. This is just one example of the potential this could have.

Groot2CThis would be awesome! Our org has 15 space capable, container L, mining barges. It would great if we could add a “1 quanta/day” rental so we can track who is using the things.
Would there be a stall they have to return it to? How would they stop being charged? -

EdmundBlackThis can really also make Space Elevators more functional with ship renting on the surface and temporary use of cargo elevators to bring cargo to the surface and then take them to market.

sharperguyIt would be nice if you could have some way to modify RDMS via lua, and make dispensers more usable from lua. Then a programming board could for example add any user who pays the dispenser to the RDMS to use a button.
